Community Projects

The aim of Bath Place Community Venture is to enable local people to gain access to facilities, support, information and education. We seek to empower people who, because of poverty and/or prejudice, are denied participation and power elsewhere.

XLNT2 have given their wealth of building experience to renovating parts of the venture and also to build a new extension to the nursery. The extension gives the young people more space to play and learn in a very safe environment, both inside and out. Also new WC facilities. All finished to XLNT2's high standards.

The renovations have created the Veggie Table Community cafe, and a new secure reception area.

Due to a fire at the original site in Bath Place XLNT2 quickly helped in restablishing the Bath Place Community Venture to their new home in the Old Leamington Library.
